Foreman (Shipbuilding Projects)

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join GUDD projects in shipbuilding and offshore sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating daily work of production teams on site

• Planning work activities and ensuring smooth project execution

• Monitoring work quality, progress, and safety standards

• Working with technical drawings and project documentation

• Communicating with project managers and client representatives

• Ensuring materials, equipment, and tasks are organized efficiently

  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in shipbuilding, steel structure, or industrial projects

• Previous experience leading teams on site

• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation

• Strong sense of responsibility and organization

• Ability to solve daily operational and technical issues

• Great English communication skills
